Located just north of Phoenix, Paradise Valley, AZ is a small, affluent town surrounded by the McDowell Mountains to the east and Camelback Mountain to the south. Paradise Valley was first used for cattle grazing but today, it is home to eight full-service resorts making it one of Arizona's premier tourist destinations. Paradise Valley is a short drive to a number of memorable attractions.


















If you are a history buff, you might enjoy visiting the Goldwater Memorial. Barry Goldwater served in the U.S. Senate for three decades while making his home in Paradise Valley. In 2004, a bronze statue of him was unveiled at the Memorial site. The site is professionally landscaped and offers a pedestrian path inscribed with noteworthy quotes from the senator.


















Paradise Valley offers an array of resorts to spend the day at for spa treatment or the weekend for a stay vacation. All offer fabulous views of the mountains and great restaurants for dining. If you are a "foodie," you might consider dining at Elements. Elements offers an award-winning menu of American Cuisine with Asian accents under the direction of Food Network Star, Chef Beau MacMillan.

















If you love golf, Paradise Valley does not disappoint as it is home to two golf clubs. At the Camelback Golf Club, you will find two championship 18-hole courses. Both of these courses offer a challenge no matter your skill level as well as stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Undergoing a major renovation, Mountain Shadows Golf Club will be re-opening in 2017.




If you prefer to spend your weekend hiking, biking, or spending the day exploring, you will enjoy living in Paradise Valley. The sun shines on average of 294 days a year with little rain and zero snow! Nestled in the heart of Paradise Valley, Cosanti is the sculpture studio of famed Italian architect, Paolo Soleri. Now designated as an Arizona Historic Site, Cosanti offers workshops, a gift shop, or a place to dine or plan an event.
